Key responsibilities:-
Maintenance Managment.
Ensure a safe working environment for maintenance personnel, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Work with department Supervisors to ensure coordinated task execution.
Promote cost effective maintenance solutions and understand maintenance cost drivers.
Review corrective maintenance deficiencies and channel issues for resolution.
Ensure proper tools availability in order to improve the maintenance efficiency.
Monitor shop qualifications and quality standards from outside contractors.
Developing and executing major maintenance overhauls and outages.
Ensure all supervisors and tradespersons are properly educated and trained.Mall Operation
Manage shopping mall operations to deliver exceptional services to tenants and shoppers.
Focus on asset management to improve the shopping mall's value.
Establish work parameters (Plans, Budgets, Targets) for reporting teams.
Communicate expected values, behaviors and practice to the workforce.
Adhere to policies and procedures, providing regular updates to supervisors on activities and performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Facilities Management, and Finance teams.
Resolve issues efficiently and maintain tenant relationship.
Seek customer and tenant feedback to enhance mall performance.
Demonstrate consistency and integrity in managing relationship.
Promote teamwork and cross department collaboration.
Ensure mall facilities are maintained to provide a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
Relevant Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
Proven experience in maintenance and Mall Operations management.
Strong Leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of Industry Standards, Safety Regulations, and best practices.
