Mechanical /Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Assist Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance plans, including resources, system, strategy and timelineManage spare part inventory level, especially for critical spare partsEstablish and maintain records for Preventive Maintenance ProgramExecute and monitor projects plan according to timelineCarry out supervision to maintenance staff in their day to day activitiesAttend any production equipment breakdown when requiredEnsure maintenance staff acquires technical skills so that the maintenance jobs are carried out according to the best practice standardEnsure all safety regulations are adhered to by all maintenance staff at all timesOther task assigned by management from time to timeJob Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industryStrong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skillHands-on and able to lead by exampleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skills and MS office applicationsPreferable candidate who can start immediatelyBenefits: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.Career development and growth prospects within the company.
