**Job Description:**

Perodua, a leading automotive manufacturer, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using our online platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their engagement with Perodua products.

- **Account Management:**
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts on our online portal, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist customers with account registration, password resets, and navigation of our online services.

- **Communication & Support:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers through effective communication across various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our system to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to provide coordinated responses to customer queries and issues.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and work collaboratively with the team to develop proactive solutions.

- **Planning & Projects:**
- Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and online account functionalities.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and customer satisfaction to management.

- **Training & Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for both new hires and customer-facing teams.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or account management, specifically in an online or digital environment.

- **Personal Attributes:**
- Highly adaptable to new systems and processes, with a willingness to embrace changes for improvement.
- Energetic and proactive, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.

- **Skills:**
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using online customer support tools and CRM software; experience with data entry and management will be beneficial.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
