Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Account Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Persuasion and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
