**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Account Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our online customer base. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to gain invaluable experience in customer service and account management while contributing to a forward-thinking organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms promptly and professionally. Track and follow-up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- **Account Management:** Assist customers in navigating their accounts and resolving any issues related to account access, billing, or product inquiries.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately input, update, and maintain customer account information within our internal systems to ensure data integrity.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback on products and services and relay insights to management for quality improvement initiatives.
- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- **Reporting:** Generate and maintain reports related to customer support metrics and performance, assisting management with insights for ongoing training and development.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in training sessions and workshops for professional development, staying updated on industry best practices and innovations.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support environment is essential.
- **Personality Traits:** Driven and motivated individuals who are eager to tackle challenges and contribute to team goals.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong project management abilities to manage multiple tasks; critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software; experience with social media platforms is preferred.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- **Availability:** Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
