**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a key player in our customer support department, you will provide top-notch assistance to our online clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.

- **Account Management:** Manage online accounts, including updates, modifications, and handling special requests, ensuring a streamlined and positive user experience.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with orders, product locators, and account settings, escalating more complex issues to senior support teams as needed.

- **Feedback Collection:** Actively gather customer feedback and suggestions, reporting findings to enhance service effectiveness and product offerings.

- **Documentation:** Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancements and promotional strategies.

- **Project Management:** Assist in managing ongoing projects related to online account support, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.

- **Training & Support:** Participate in training sessions for new staff, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.

- **Presentation Preparation:** Prepare presentations and reports as needed to communicate customer trends, service metrics, and project updates to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within an online or e-commerce environment.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the capability to convey information clearly and engagingly.
