**Job Description:**

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in customer service and support. The Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our customers through various online channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other online communication tools efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services, processes, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in navigating the MYEG services platform, resolving any issues they may encounter.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding, striving for quick resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in the customer management system.

3. **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering services.
- Prioritize quality in all interactions, maintaining high standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly assess and improve personal performance metrics, striving for excellence in all tasks.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve issues, and enhance overall team performance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

5. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services offered by MYEG, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and career development.

6. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Assist in general administrative tasks as needed to support the call center operations.
- Collaborate with management in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant higher education or coursework is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is beneficial.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using computers, with a good understanding of online communication tools and software.
