UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and any other queries they may have- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Requirements:- Hardworking and confident individual who is able to work independently- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers- Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in typing and using chat software- High school diploma or equivalent required
