### Job Description

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and support.

### Responsibilities

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via online platforms. Respond to inquiries, provide information about our products, and ensure client satisfaction.

- **Order Management**: Assist clients in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the order process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

- **Client Support**: Address client complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Work to resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary.

- **Data Management**: Maintain an organized database of client information and feedback. Update records to reflect changes in client status or order history.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach in managing client relationships. Participate in team meetings to communicate client feedback and insights.

- **Reporting**: Generate reports on client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to enhance client experience.

- **Promoting New Initiatives**: Support the launch of new products and services by communicating updates to clients and gathering their feedback on new offerings.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to processes and procedures that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience**:
- No prior work experience is required; we encourage fresh graduates and individuals seeking to enter the workforce to apply.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills**:
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (other languages are a plus).
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
