**Job Description:**

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. The Online Client Relations Assistant will play a key role in maintaining our relationships with clients and enhancing their experience with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Provide informative and engaging responses to frequently asked questions about our products and services to build client rapport and brand loyalty.

2. **Client Onboarding:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience and a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Prepare and distribute welcome materials and resources to clients.

3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information regarding client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. **Support Sales and Marketing:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create client engagement strategies and promotional materials.
- Support the sales team by providing client insights and assisting with presentation materials.

5. **Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:**
- Address client concerns and issues related to product availability, order processing, and service satisfaction effectively and promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.

6. **Reporting:**
- Prepare regular reports outlining client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics to inform management.
- Propose innovative ideas for enhancing client relations and streamlining processes.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations and recommend ways to enhance our service delivery.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or client relations role, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM software.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- **Personality Traits:**
