Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative in George Town, Penang, MY. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide product information and assistance to clients as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
- Leadership and planning skills
- Motivated and driven attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
