### **Job Description:**

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in client services or a related field. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various online channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall client experience.

3. **Data Management:**
- Document all client interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor and report on client feedback and trends to inform product development and service improvements.

4. **Marketing Support:**
- Assist in the implementation of digital client engagement campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide insights from client interactions to help shape marketing strategies.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with fellow team members to deliver a high standard of client service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at enhancing client service delivery.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve service delivery.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in client service roles, preferably within a digital or online environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general digital communication tools.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Strong independence and initiative in managing tasks and resolving issues.
- High adaptability to changing environments, processes, and technologies.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
