**Overview:**
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. **Responsibilities:**
As an Online Client Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our online services. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- **Client Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and other digital platforms, providing solutions and guidance to enhance their experience with our services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams to expedite solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate communication logs and follow-ups.

- **Service Improvement:**
- Gather client feedback regularly to identify areas for product and service improvement, sharing insights with the appropriate teams.
- Participate in reviewing and updating service processes and protocols to enhance client satisfaction.

- **Project Management:**
- Lead small-scale projects aimed at improving the online client service experience, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.

- **Training & Support:**
- Assist in training new team members on client service protocols and tools, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Offer insights and suggestions for improving client training materials and support resources.

- **Reporting & Analytics:**
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and overall client satisfaction metrics, contributing to strategic decision-making.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a similar role, preferably within the energy, engineering, or technical sectors.

- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in online communication tools and CRM software.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving personal and company goals.
- Confident: Possess the ability to make decisions independently and communicate effectively under pressure.
