### Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level, part-time position plays a critical role in enhancing customer experiences and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service. As a pivotal point of contact for our online clients, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction in a timely manner.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media, ensuring a courteous and professional tone.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize effective critical thinking skills to identify client issues and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
- **Customer Support:** Assist clients with their online bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries related to travel and airport services.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
- **Coordination with Departments:** Liaise with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience and facilitate the resolution of service-related issues.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and client service skills, contributing to your professional development within the company.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor your performance metrics, aiming to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction rates.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflows and share insights on best practices.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in an online environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computer systems and software applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
