#### Job Overview:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Online Contact Center Associate** to join our dynamic customer support team. #### Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via various online channels (email, chat, social media).
- Provide prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses to all customer questions and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a resourceful manner, utilizing problem-solving strategies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Top Glove's products, services, policies, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication of information, feedback, and resolutions.
- Document all interactions and transactions with customers accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide constructive feedback to management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance both personal and team performance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of online contact center protocols and procedures.

#### Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online contact center role.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong teamwork mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and assist others in achieving shared goals.
- Resourceful and confident in handling customer interactions, exhibiting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using contact center software, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
- Must have a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
