Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Meet and exceed set targets for response times and customer satisfaction.- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
