**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, billing inquiries, and technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's database to enhance service quality and performance.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer insights, trends, and improvement strategies.

4. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer care, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer feedback initiatives to drive service excellence.

5. **Project Support:**
- Contribute to customer care projects and initiatives by performing various tasks related to planning, execution, and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on customer insights and feedback to management, ensuring that key issues are highlighted and addressed.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance personal skills and company offerings.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements that could lead to increased customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** At least a diploma or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related position.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and dedicated to delivering superior customer service.
- Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Effective project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic technical understanding of utility services and billing processes is preferred.
