**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support Strategies:** Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the online customer experience, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, social media).

- **Communication & Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Foster strong relationships by engaging with customers in a positive and helpful manner.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to troubleshooting and conflict resolution.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback to help inform product development and service enhancements. Use insights to recommend improvements to internal processes.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed holistically and seamlessly. Facilitate cooperation between departments to solve customer issues.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring all data is current and accessible for team review.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new customer service team members, sharing best practices and resources to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

- **Brand Ambassador:** Promote UEM Sunrise Berhad's offerings, values, and culture through all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and positive representation of the brand.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an online or remote setting.

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility in handling unexpected challenges and changes.
- **Passionate:** A genuine enthusiasm for helping people and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Ability to think critically and strategically to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Cooperation:** Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- **Language Proficiency:** Excellent command of English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
