### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various online platforms including email, live chat, and social media.
- **Issue Resolution:** Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues, ensuring they receive timely and accurate solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Axiata's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to identify recurring issues or areas for improvement and relay this information to the relevant teams.
- **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all details are up to date.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other members of the customer care team and relevant departments to ensure a coherent approach to customer service.
- **Learning & Development:** Engage in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required, though internship or volunteer experience in customer service is advantageous.
