### Requirements:
- **Education:** A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in an online customer service role with demonstrated success in managing customer interactions effectively.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and online communication platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
