Job Description:

As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online services and provide solutions to customers.
3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product information.
4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
8. Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for innovation.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
