**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports to improve future marketing strategies.
2. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for the company's website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (images, videos) that align with marketing campaigns.
3. **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

4. **Email Marketing:**
- Assist in creating targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvements.
5. **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using this data to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with external partners and vendors to support campaign goals and objectives.
7. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on ROI for various campaigns.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
