**Position Overview:**
As an Online Office Manager at Top Glove Corporation Berhad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online administrative activities. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks, managing online communications, and facilitating a productive working environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Coordinate and manage online scheduling, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for online communication, handling correspondence via email, chat, and video conferencing platforms.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments to ensure alignment on objectives and projects.

3. **Project Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

4. **People Management:**

- Assist in onboarding new employees, including training on digital tools and platforms.
