Job Description:

As an Online Support Officer at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Assist customers with booking flights, managing their accounts, and navigating the online platform.
4. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the online support process and suggest innovative solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all online channels.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. 1 year of experience in customer service or online support.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
4. Confidence in handling challenging situations and providing solutions.
5. Proven ability to think creatively and plan strategically.
6. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
