Job Description:
SIRIM Berhad is seeking a motivated and independent Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Utilize creativity and research skills to provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve our online services.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant information to customers.
7. Assist with other online customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.
2. Independent and resourceful personality traits.
3. Strong creativity and research skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
