Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Officer in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of resilience and hardworking, as well as the soft skills of negotiation and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
