Operation Supervisor (Male) - Klang

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent. Min. 2 years experience.Assist in resolving workers (Local and Foreign) complaints, and disciplinary issues at the workplace/hostel and providing counseling.Able to recruit local workers, especially in rural areas.To handle matters related to foreign workers processes at government departments (E.g. Immigration, JTK, and others)Support the operation team in preparation of workers accommodation.Good teamwork and good communication skills.Possess strong interpersonal & leadership, good in oral and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.Discipline, responsible, self-reliance, & Supervision.Able to work extra hours, possess own transport & willing to travel.Age 25 to 38 years.Preferably Male candidates.
