Job Description:
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Monitor and track progress on projects and initiatives
- Provide support to team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
