### Job Description

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time remote position ideal for an adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring the smooth execution of various processes within the organization.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Support**: Provide comprehensive operational support by managing and monitoring daily processing tasks and ensuring adherence to company standards and workflows.

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date. Generate regular reports to analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between various departments, stakeholders, and external partners by coordinating meetings, drafting communications, and helping to resolve operational issues.

- **Process Improvement**: Identify and propose process enhancement initiatives that improve efficiency and streamline operations. Analyze current operations and provide recommendations for potential changes.

- **Training Coordination**: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members by preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support as needed.

- **Project Assistance**: Collaborate with team leads on special projects, providing logistical support, coordinating tasks, and tracking project timelines to ensure successful completion.

- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational functions; prepare actionable insights and reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.

- **Adaptability**: Evolve operational practices based on shifting priorities and business needs. Assist in the transition of existing processes when new technologies or software are introduced.

### Requirements:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations or administrative role. Prior experience in the manufacturing or agricultural sector is an advantage.

- **Skills**:
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage supplier and vendor relationships and secure favorable terms for the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with project management tools. Experience with data analysis software is a plus.
