Operations
-Coordinate retail/wholesale orders, PR deliveries, and re-deliveries in collaboration with relevant teams to optimize delivery timelines.
-Oversee inventory control activities, including stocktaking and coordination of re-deliveries as required.
-Provide support for warehouse functions to maintain operational efficiency and meet timelines.
-Prepare accurate files, reports, and shipping documents to ensure the timely shipment of orders and pre-orders.
-Manage the replenishment of warehouse supplies to support ongoing operations.
-Track personalized orders and liaise with relevant teams to ensure prompt follow-up and delivery.
-Generate reports on product quality checks, shipping, and customer service to identify areas for operational improvement.
-Produce shipping and customer service reports to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain quality and customer service standards by resolving day-to-day issues and implementing communication enhancements.
-Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support operational activities.
-Act as a point of contact to escalate and resolve shipping-related issues, providing accurate information to third-party agents.
-Conduct stock checks and counting during inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy.
-Participate in offline-related projects, such as organizing offline sales events, as required.
-Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the HQ store room, conducting regular stocktaking exercises.
-Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.
Office Administrative
-To coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative.
-Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
-Maintain Office cleanliness including liaison with Cleaning Outsourcing Company once a week.
-Ordering of groceries for the office.
-Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.
Retail Operations Supervision
-Oversee retail operations remotely and needed to be on field as and when needed. (Train new people and etc)
-Maintain retail operational standards and assist with any major customer service or retail team escalations.
-Guide and mentor the retail team, ensuring they uphold brand standards in customer service and operations.

; Requirements:-
-1-2 years of previous work experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience in managing retail/wholesale orders, inventory control, and customer service operations is highly desirable.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
-Familiarity with inventory management software or shopline is a plus.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
