Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the organization's renewable energy goals. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals in the renewable energy sector. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Performance Analysis: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operations. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization. Oversee procurement and maintenance of equipment and resources needed for projects.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community partners. Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders. Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations and standards. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues. Who are they looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
