Operations Manager

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will be resilient and independent, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on operations performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
