Procurement Executive

Ensure all related documentation, such as Shipping Listing, BL, Consignment Notes, Certificate of Origin, Custom codes etc as per expectation of the Supplier' delivery dateLiaise well with internal divisions, freight forwarders and carriers to ensure smooth operation for Import shipments.Maintaining and updating shipment recordsManage, monitor, and maintain stock inventory levels, place orders and material planning to ensure sufficient stock inventory levelHandle & verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory.Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time.Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multi-cultural backgrounds. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.Minimum 4 years related working experience in related field.Have working experiences in Hardware fields are encourage.Possess good attitude, result oriented and a team player.Good interpersonal and able to work independently.5 days work
