Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in e-Perolehan system.
Able to fully utilize digital platforms to search for new products.
Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and industry regulations to make informed purchasing decisions.
Check stock availability and place orders with suppliers.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies to optimize procurement processes.
Good in price negotiation.
Provide good teamwork.
Able to complete a job within stipulated time.
Well-versed in MOF procedures.
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, tracking usage, and coordinating with the inventory team.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
High level of integrity and meticulousness.
Strong people skills with a pleasant personality.
Working experience would be a great advantage.
Applicant must mention expected salary.
Willing to travel to Ipoh warehouse once every 2 months to do stock take.
