Purchasing Executive/Officer

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesTo issue Purchase Order for Raw and Packing Materials or other relevant materials as required by superior.
To ensure the correct price, quantity, and quality of materials before ordering to supplier.
To monitor the stock levels in store to avoid any insufficiency of materials or overstock.
To ensure the delivery date of materials required for production usage is before the delivery date of finished goods/shipment.
To liaise with supplier on product complaints in terms of quality and quantity rejection.
To issue Purchase Return and Goods Return of materials rejected by QC department.
To request quotation from supplier on new materials or for any fluctuating price materials from time to time and obtain approval before ordering.
All other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by immediate superior.Job RequirementsDegree or Diploma holder in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience related to Purchasing.
Analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Independent, self-starter, dynamic team player, resourceful with a high level of initiative.
