Regional Manager Procure To Pay Operations

What we ask Master/ degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting or Finance.10+ years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or a GBS environment within an international and multicultural environment.At least 5+ years of leadership experience with people management in a managerial position (3-6 direct reports and 30+ indirect reports).Shared service experience in food & beverage is an advantage.Excellent and comprehensive E2E PtP process knowledge.Excellent communication, problem-solving, influencing and interpersonal skills.Strong people & stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.Digital & automation literacy: knowledge of PtP and office applications (Excel, PowerBI, Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Baseware).Continuous improvement mindset, drive change.
