Media Prima Berhad is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Account Management Support:**
- Assist in managing client accounts by updating account information, processing new applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide timely support through email and phone communication, ensuring client inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.

2. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, preparing reports for account managers to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends in client behavior and satisfaction to suggest improvements to services and support strategies.

3. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing answers to questions about our products and services.
- Facilitate effective negotiation and resolution of client concerns, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and urgency.

4. **Collaboration with Teams:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share client feedback, and contribute to overall service enhancements.

5. **Innovation and Process Improvement:**
- Actively contribute to finding innovative solutions to improve operational processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Recommend tools and systems that could improve account management efficiency and enhance client engagement.

6. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for account management operations.

7. **Training and Development Support:**
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on account management procedures and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to professional development initiatives within the team.

**Requirements:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account support or customer service role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
