QSR Brands, a leading company in the quick-service restaurant industry, is seeking a competent and enthusiastic Remote Account Support Officer to join our team. As a pivotal member of our customer support division, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Account Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered.
- Monitor customer account activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

2. **Customer Support:**
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently by identifying issues and providing feasible solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

3. **Data Entry and Record Maintenance:**
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Update customer information in the CRM system regularly to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

4. **Collaboration and Team Support:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide consistent support and address customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on process improvements and customer service enhancement.

5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on account status and customer feedback.
- Analyze trends in customer behavior and suggest actionable strategies to improve service delivery.

6. **Ad Hoc Duties:**
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the management team.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and responsibilities.
