**Overview:**
Perodua is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Call Center Associate with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a pivotal part of our customer engagement team, you will help strengthen our relationships with clients while embodying our company values and fostering a positive work culture.

**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Call Center Associate, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions tailored to customer needs.

2. **Sales and Negotiation:**
- Engage customers meaningfully to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Leverage negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and sales targets set by the company.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Actively listen to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and submit reports on call metrics, sales figures, and customer feedback for team reviews.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and enhance team performance.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions to drive continuous improvement.

6. **Customer Education:**
- Present information effectively to help customers understand our products and services better, fostering informed decision-making.
- Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and best practices for product utilization.

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

- **Education:**
- High School diploma or equivalent; further education in Business, Communication, or related fields is advantageous.

- **Skills:**
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully influencing customer decisions.
- Strong presentation abilities, both verbal and written, to deliver clear and engaging communication.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about customer service and dedicated to building strong client relationships.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms.
