Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Remote Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. #### Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of Nestlé's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Documentation:** Record and document all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues collaboratively.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and service level agreements.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the team, contributing to continuous improvements in products and services.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge pertaining to customer service and Nestlé's offerings.
- **Adapting to Change:** Embrace a flexible working environment and adapt to changes quickly, showing a readiness to take on new challenges.

#### Requirements:

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or call center environment, showcasing a solid track record of resolving customer inquiries and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; a degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with computer systems and basic software applications; experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and committed to excellence in service delivery.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to team goals and objectives.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and respond effectively to customer needs.
