### Overview:
QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic customer support team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service via chat support. ### Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and analyze customer issues, providing solutions according to company policies and procedures.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of QSR Brands' products and services to assist customers accurately and confidently.
- **Documentation:** Log customer interactions and feedback in the support system, tracking issue resolutions and suggesting improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to provide information, guidance, and support as necessary to resolve customer inquiries.
- **Feedback Mechanism:** Collect and document customer feedback for further product and service enhancement initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and effectiveness in handling customer inquiries.
- **Performance Metrics:** Aim to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
### Requirements:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer support software and chat systems; proficiency in using various communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently.
