### **Job Description**
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for client relations and a commitment to nurturing and enhancing the client experience. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support while fostering long-lasting relationships.
### **Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
- **Account Management**: Manage a portfolio of key clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and initiatives.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively while ensuring a professional and empathetic approach. Utilize creative thinking to develop solutions that enhance the client experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback through surveys, interviews, or meetings, and analyze this data to improve processes and services. Present recommendations to senior management based on feedback received.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client expectations are met and to streamline communications.
- **Performance Reporting**: Monitor client account performance metrics and prepare reports that reflect trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating projects with clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to. Collaborate internally to allocate resources effectively.
- **Training and Mentoring**: Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration within the department.
### **Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field, ideally within a corporate environment.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
