**Job Description:**

Celcom Axiata Berhad, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Client Relations Manager to join our collaborative team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere while ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations and possess a proven ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients across diverse industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. **Project Coordination:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of client services.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.

3. **Performance Tracking and Reporting:**
- Monitor client engagement and satisfaction metrics, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback, performance, and overall satisfaction for senior management.

4. **Client Retention and Growth:**
- Develop and implement strategies for client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of additional services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge their satisfaction and gather insight into potential growth opportunities.

5. **Market Insights and Adaptability:**
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and leverage opportunities for Celcom's growth.
- Adapt client strategies based on feedback and changing market conditions to maintain a high level of service.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, encouraging team members to share insights and strategies for improving client relations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to development skills and share best practices within the team.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in a client-facing role, preferably in client relations management within the telecommunications or technology sector.
