**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on services and products.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring expectations are exceeded.

2. **Order Management:**
- Process client orders accurately, ensuring completeness and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently, keeping clients updated on progress and ensuring fulfillment of commitments.
- Document case details and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

4. **Reporting:**
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and feedback in relevant systems.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to the management team for strategic planning.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and a great client experience.
- Share client feedback and insights with peers and leadership to improve service delivery and product offerings.

6. **Market Intelligence:**
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information and effective recommendations to clients.

7. **Adherence to Policies:**
- Follow company policies and compliance regulations while handling client data and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or related roles.
