### Job Description

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Remote Client Support Representative** to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while providing exceptional support to our valued clients. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interaction, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service that reflects the innovative spirit of the Dialog Group.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner. Understand and assess client needs to deliver effective solutions.

- **Problem Solving:** Analyze client issues and provide solutions or escalate concerns to the relevant departments. Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing challenges.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including queries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and updates to clients. Attend training sessions and educational workshops as necessary.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to improve service delivery. Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and areas for improvement.

- **Report Generation:** Assist in preparing reports on client interactions, common issues, and feedback for management review and strategy development.

- **Client Onboarding:** Provide support during the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand how to use our services effectively.

- **Leadership Development:** Take initiative in leading client service projects as assigned, demonstrating reliability and motivation.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years in client support or customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of support ticket systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom) is required.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Consistently arrive on time for shifts and complete assigned tasks without supervision.
- **Motivated:** Seek opportunities for improvement and take ownership of service delivery.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights from client feedback and behavior.
