YTL Corporation Berhad is looking for a dedicated and talented Remote Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and queries.
- **Problem Solving**: Analyze customer needs and problems accurately and develop innovative solutions to meet their requirements. Demonstrate an ability to think critically and creatively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about YTL Corporation's products, services, and promotions to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information to customers.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our services and assist in the continuous enhancement of customer experience strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and escalate matters as necessary.
- **Performance Tracking**: Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and response time.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge; contribute to team knowledge sharing.
### Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or contact center environment, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Reliability**: Proven track record of being dependable and punctual. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to responsibilities.
- **Soft Skills**:
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze customer issues accurately and devise effective solutions promptly.
- **Innovative Mindset**: Capable of thinking outside the box to create better customer experiences and improve processes.
