**Job Description:**

QSR Brands is seeking a dynamic and driven Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Assistance:**
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a proactive and positive approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. **Feedback Management:**
- Collect and document customer feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and communicate them to management for further action.

4. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

5. **Sales Support:**
- Support promotional activities by informing customers about ongoing deals and new product launches.
- Engage customers through creative suggestions and upselling techniques to enhance their shopping experience.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies that improve customer care efforts.
- Attend team meetings to contribute ideas that promote a positive workplace and customer care strategies.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferred in a remote or virtual environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software and applications.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: Ability to meet and exceed performance goals and targets.
- Confident: Comfortable engaging with customers and navigating challenging situations.
