### Job Description

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer care.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills to address concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to drive product and service enhancements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate swift communication and resolution of customer issues, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer service.
- **Customer Engagement:** Proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups on unresolved issues or concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, product changes, and customer service best practices.

### Requirements

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote work setting.

- **Reliable:** Demonstrated ability to consistently fulfill commitments and responsibilities, ensuring that customer needs are met without fail.
- **Adaptable:** Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adjust to new tasks and processes as needed.
