### Job Description

S P Setia Berhad, a leading player in the property development sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Remote Customer Success Associate** to join our expanding team. ### **Responsibilities**

- **Client Onboarding:** Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through our products and services and addressing any initial inquiries or concerns.

- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and effective support to existing clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and anticipating their future requirements.

- **Feedback Collection:** Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback regarding products and services, and communicate insights to relevant internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on our portfolio of products and services to ensure you can offer the best advice and solutions tailored to client needs.

- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor customer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide customer insights and support organizational objectives.

- **Training & Documentation:** Collaborate on creating resources and documentation for clients to help them navigate our offerings more effectively.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Foster a culture of innovation by suggesting and implementing process improvements within the customer success function.

### **Requirements**

**Experience and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a remote work setting.

- **Driven:** Highly motivated with a strong desire to make an impact and exceed client expectations.

**Soft Skills:**

**Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
