**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries with a helpful and positive attitude.
- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively address and resolve customer issues and concerns, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of our services and offerings to provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback regarding their experiences, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and solutions provided in the company database.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Research:** Conduct research on customer needs and preferences to tailor our services and support to meet their expectations better.
- **Performance Metrics:** Track and report on key performance indicators to assess customer satisfaction and the success of customer engagement strategies.
- **Innovation:** Engage in a work environment that encourages calculated risk-taking to drive innovation, improvement in processes, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. No prior customer service experience is required, although any relevant experience is a plus.

- Motivated: Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance customer experiences and improve processes.
- Reliable: Dependability in completing tasks and meeting deadlines is crucial in a remote work environment.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Research Skills: Proficient in gathering and interpreting information to assist customers and improve services.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
